We ship goods within 1-5 days, which means that the processing time will not be longer than 5 business days. For painted products, the shipping time is 1-7 business days from receipt of the payment information.
In Poland, we send parcels via courier companies: DPD, Pocztex, InPost.
We ship within the European Union via courier companies: DPD, GLS, UPS.
We send packages outside the European Union via Polish Post.
Packaging fees are included in the shipping costs. We recommend buying several products in one basket to avoid duplication of transport costs.
Goods for shipment are properly packed and secured. For packing, depending on the purchased items and their quantity, used "bubble" film, stretch film, and packaging made of pressed and corrugated cardboard. Please check upon receipt in the presence of the courier that the product has not been damaged during transport.
If you suspect that the package may have been opened or its contents damaged, please draw up a protocol that the courier has and contact us. This form of notification allows us to make a complaint about transport services.
